• Advised a prestigious tech park on the sale of a piece of land located in Johor, Malaysia to a leading Chinese data center developer to be developed and used as a data center.
• Advised the client on the disposal of a mall in Malaysia comprising a four-storey shopping mall with 1,450 carpark lots to a member of a financial institution (acting as trustee for a Real Estate Investment Trust).
• Advised Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad on the acquisition of three parcels of lands located in Penang, Malaysia measuring approximately 35,420.84 square feet from The Malayan Press (PG) Sdn. Bhd. for the total purchase price of RM24,205,460.00.
