Syndicated financing granted to Hong Leong Healthcare Group Sdn. Bhd. for the acquisition of Columbia Asia Healthcare Pte. Ltd.
Advised a syndicate of lenders in relation to an acquisition financing facility granted to Hong Leong Healthcare Group Sdn. Bhd. (“Borrower”). The Borrower is part of the Hong Leong Group of companies, one of the largest conglomerates in South-east Asia. The facility was applied towards part funding the Borrower’s acquisition of shares in Columbia Asia Healthcare Pte. Ltd. which holds the Columbia Asia group of hospitals and clinics in South-east Asia.
Advising the syndicate were Partners Azman bin Othman Luk and Syed Rashid bin Rahim Alsree.
