Financing for the development of six-megawatt data centre
Advised Keppel DC Malaysia 1 Sdn. Bhd. in relation to credit facilities obtained by it to finance the development costs of a high-availability built-to-suit six-megawatt greenfield data centre in Johor spanning approximately 261,000 square feet of land, which is to be leased to a leading technology company for its operations.
