Medium term notes programme of up to RM450 million in nominal value by Impian Ekspresi Sdn. Bhd.
Advised Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, as the sole principal adviser, sole lead arranger and lead manager, as well as Malayan Banking Berhad and Danajamin Nasional Berhad as guarantor and financial guarantee insurance provider respectively, in respect of the amendments to the terms of the guaranteed medium term notes programme of up to MYR450 million in nominal value by Impian Ekspresi Sdn. Bhd., and the issuance of new medium term notes of MYR450 million to refinance the existing medium term notes of MYR450 million upon maturity in November 2019 and November 2020.
