Rahmat Lim & Partners clinches four awards at the Asian Legal Business Malaysia Law Awards 2021
Rahmat Lim & Partners has been named Malaysia Deal Firm of the Year at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) Malaysia Law Awards 2021 which took place virtually on Thursday, 22 July 2021.
In addition to the Firm award, our Firm also clinched three winning deal awards for our involvement in the following deals:
- Finance Deal of the Year: Axiata's Syndicated Multi-Currency Sustainability-Linked Financing;
- M&A Deal of the Year: CP Group's Acquisition of Tesco’s Businesses in Thailand and Malaysia; and
- Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Deal of the Year: BP's Sale of Petrochemicals Business to INEOS
The 8th annual Asian Legal Business Malaysia Law Awards 2021 is an annual event celebrating the success of leading law firms, in-house counsel, dealmakers and deals.
