Joint venture between Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and BBCC Development Sdn. Bhd. for the acquisition of a serviced residence block at the BBCC development for RM242 million
Advised Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd, on its joint venture with BBCC Development Sdn. Bhd., via MFBBCC Serviced Suites Sdn. Bhd. (“JVCO”), to acquire a serviced residence block at Bukit Bintang City Centre (“Property”) from UDA Holdings Berhad for a total value of RM242 million and upon completion of the construction of the Property, the JVCO to manage and operate the Property, including granting of tenancies of units within the Property. Rahmat Lim & Partners assisted in negotiating and drafting the sale and purchase agreement and the joint venture agreement.
