Acquisition of Vital Technical Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries by Nippon Paint (M) Sdn Bhd
Advised the shareholders of Vital Technical Sdn Bhd, the leading adhesive, sealant and waterproofing products manufacturer from Malaysia, in their disposal of a majority stake in Vital Technical Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries to Nippon Paint (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Nippon Paint Holdings Co Ltd.
