Rahmat Lim & Partners advised OCBC Al-Amin Bank Berhad as principal adviser, lead arranger and lead manager in respect of the establishment of an Islamic commercial papers programme for the issuance of Islamic commercial papers based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement) and an Islamic medium term notes programme for the issuance of Islamic medium term notes based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via Tawarruq arrangement), which have a combined limit of RM800 million in nominal value, by Kimlun Corporation Berhad.
