Advised LG Petronas Chemicals Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in respect of a term loan facility of up to RM450 million granted by RHB Bank Berhad (as original lender) to finance the construction costs of a nitrile butadiene latex plant and related facilities in Pengerang Integrated Complex located in Pengerang, Johor.
