Syndicated Term Loan Facilities of US$48.4 million to OCK Group Berhad
Advised OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. as lenders and OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. as mandated lead arrangers, in respect of the syndicated term loan facilities of US$48.4 million granted to OCK Group Berhad (“Borrower”) for the refinancing of OCK Yangon Private Limited’s existing syndicated term loan facility, as well as to complete the construction of additional telecommunication towers in Myanmar. The Borrower is a company listed on Bursa Malaysia, and the holding company of OCK Yangon Private Limited (a company incorporated in Myanmar).
