Advised Exacta Asia Investment II LP (“Exacta”) and Pinnacle Triumph Sdn. Bhd. (“PTSB”) in respect of a term loan facility of RM65 million granted by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad to PTSB, a special purpose company incorporated by Exacta, for the purpose of part-financing the acquisition of the entire equity interest in Guppy Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd.
