The chapter covers key topics including the decision to conduct an internal investigation, self-disclosure to enforcement authorities, cooperation with law enforcement authorities, the investigation process, confidentiality and attorney-client privileges, data collection and data privacy issues, witness interviews, investigation report, and trends and reform in Malaysia.
