Managing Partner, Azman bin Othman Luk and Partner Penny Wong of Rahmat Lim & Partners contributed the Malaysia chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guides to Consumer Protection 2023 published by Global Legal Group Ltd, London. The chapter covers key topics including the protections in relation to the quality and function of goods and services, protections and prohibitions in relation to the safety of goods and services, prohibitions relating to "conduct" against consumers, investigation of potential breaches, enforcement, appeals, current trends and anticipated reforms.
