High Court confirms concurrent recoverability of contractual refunds and liquidated ascertained damages
In Liberty Technology Resources Sdn Bhd v Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) [2023] 11 MLJ 850, the High Court clarified its position regarding contractually reimbursable sums and the recovery of liquidated ascertained damages.
