Banking facilities of up to RM205,000,000 granted by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad to VDC Cerulean Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as MyTelehaus Data Centres Sdn. Bhd.)
Advised VDC Cerulean Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as MyTelehaus Data Centres Sdn. Bhd.) (“Borrower”) in respect of banking facilities of up to RM205,000,000 (“Facilities”) granted by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad. The Borrower is part of the US-based hyperscale data centre provider, Vantage Data Centers (“Vantage”). The Facilities will be used towards, among others, financing or refinancing or reimbursing the capital expenditure incurred in relation to the construction of a hyperscale data centre located in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
