Advised AmBank (M) Berhad as lender (“Lender”) in respect of the term loan facility of up to RM233,000,000 granted to Dominion Nexus Sdn. Bhd. as borrower (“Borrower”), inter alia, to refinance the banking facilities granted by United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. to the Borrower.
