S$2,185,490,000 Syndicated Term Loan Facilities granted by Singapore financial institutions to Boulevard Development Pte. Ltd. and Boulevard Midtown Pte. Ltd.
Acted as Malaysian legal counsel for United Overseas Bank Limited, DBS Bank Ltd, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch and Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (collectively, “Lenders”), on the syndicated term loan facilities of up to S$2,185,490,000.00 (“Facilities”) granted to Boulevard Development Pte. Ltd. and Boulevard Midtown Pte. Ltd. (collectively, “Borrowers”), which Facilities were guaranteed by IOI Properties Group Berhad, the holding company of the Borrowers. The Facilities were utilised to part finance, among other things, the acquisition and construction of a mixed-use development comprising residential and hotel components at Marina View Singapore.
