Partner Penny Wong of Rahmat Lim & Partners contributed the Malaysia chapter to Global Legal Insights to Cartels 2024 (12th Ed), published by Global Legal Group, London. The chapter covers key topics including the overview of the law and enforcement regime relating to cartels, key issues in relation to enforcement policy, investigation and decision-making procedures, leniency/amnesty regime, civil penalties and sanctions, cross-border issues, developments in private enforcement of antitrust laws and reform proposals.
