Acquisition of shares in Aerospace Composites Malaysia Sdn Bhd
Advised The Boeing Company as Malaysian counsel in its acquisition of the shares in Aerospace Composites Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“ACM”) from Hexcel Corp. ACM is a supplier of composite products and subassemblies used on all current Boeing commercial airplanes, including the 737 MAX and 787 Dreamliner. With this acquisition, Boeing has deepened its footprint in South-east Asia by having its first wholly owned manufacturing facility in Malaysia.
