Sale of 16.5% stake in AMMB Holdings Berhad by ANZ Group
Advised ANZ Group as Malaysian counsel in its sale of 16.5% of the shares held in AMMB Holdings Berhad (AmBank), via a block trade, for a total consideration of RM2.1 billion (RM3.85 per share).
Advising ANZ Group were Partners Chen Lee Won, Wan Kai Chee and Principal Ho Guang Yi.
