Acquisition by Virya Energy of majority stake in Constant Energy
Advised Virya Energy (an entity active in the development, financing, construction and operation of sustainable energy sources), as local counsel, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Constant Energy (“Constant Energy”) through a combination of primary investments and secondary shares from Olympus Capital Asia. Constant Energy is a renewable electricity generation and storage investment platform which invests in and manages high-quality power assets in selected countries, including a solar farm located in Sabah, Malaysia.
