Advised Maybank Islamic Berhad as financier (the “Financier”) in respect of the Commodity Murabahah term financing-i of up to RM250 million granted to TMK Chemical Bhd. (formerly known as Taiko Marketing Sdn. Bhd.) as customer to part-finance the acquisition of Chlor-Al Chemical Pte. Ltd.
