Term loan facility of up to the MYR equivalent of US$50,000,000 granted by International Finance Corporation to Yellowwood Properties Sdn. Bhd.
Advised Yellowwood Properties Sdn. Bhd. (the “Borrower”) in respect of a term loan facility of up to the MYR equivalent of US$50,000,000 (the “Facility”) granted by International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group (the “Lender”). The Borrower is a 100% owned special purpose vehicle of Yondr Group LP (“Yondr”), an international data centre developer, owner and operator. The Facility will be used towards, amongst others, construction, equipping and commissioning of a 48MW or 96MW greenfield hyperscale data centre campus located in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia.
