Advised HELP International Corporation Berhad, which is ultimately owned by Southern Capital Group, on CL Heritage Sdn. Bhd.’s buyout of HELP Education Group. CL Heritage Sdn. Bhd. is partially owned by the HELP Education Group’s management team. HELP Education Group is a leading private educational institution in Malaysia which offers K to 12, pre-university, undergraduate, and postgraduate degree programmes, and vocational and continuous professional development courses.
