Acquisition of ACE Group by Hanson Quarry Products Sdn. Bhd. of Heidelberg Materials AG
Advised Heidelberg Materials in its acquisition, via its wholly-owned subsidiary Hanson Quarry Products Sdn. Bhd., of all the shares in the ACE Group companies. The ACE Group is the largest supplier of pulverised fly ash in Malaysia.
Advising Heidelberg Materials were Partners Chen Lee Won and Ho Guang Yi.
