Lenders' acquisition of global rights and operations of Tupperware
Advised Party Products LLC, a company formed by a group of secured lenders to Tupperware Brands Corporation, as Malaysian counsel, in connection with its acquisition of global rights to the Tupperware brand, intellectual property and operations in core geographic markets including Malaysia pursuant to a sale authorised by the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. Tupperware Brands is a globally recognised brand for kitchen and household products.
Advising Party Products LLC were Partners Chen Lee Won, Pauline Khor and Principal Ng Shao Ji.
