The chapter covers key topics including the overview of the law and enforcement regime relating to cartels, key issues in relation to enforcement policy, investigation and decision-making procedures, leniency/amnesty regime, civil penalties and sanctions, cross-border issues, developments in private enforcement of antitrust laws and reform proposals.
