The winning deals are:
- Best Private Equity Deal - Southeast Asia: Disposal of APIIT Education Group by Asia Pacific Education Holdings Sdn. Bhd. to TPG’s The Rise Funds; and
- Best M&A Deal - Malaysia: Ramsay Healthcare and Sime Darby’s sale of Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care to Columbia Asset Healthcare.
