Issuance of take-out medium term notes under asset backed medium term notes programme of up to RM2 billion in nominal value by Semangkuk Berhad
Advised Semangkuk Berhad as the issuer (“Issuer”) in relation to the issuance of take-out medium term notes of up to RM568.5 million under the asset backed medium term notes programme of up to RM2 billion to, among other things, finance the acquisition of a property located in Shah Alam, Selangor, known as Mapletree Logistic Hub - Jubli Shah Alam.
Advising the Issuer were Partner Kelvin Loh and Senior Associate Wong Yen Yen.
