YTL's acquisition of Rainhill Utilities Berhad
Advised YTL Power International Berhad (“YTLPI”) and SIPP Power Sdn. Bhd. (“SIPP Power”) in relation to the unconditional mandatory take-over offer by SIPP Power to acquire all the remaining shares in Ranhill Utilities Berhad not already owned by SIPP Power and YTLPI.
Advising YTLPI were Partner Chen Lee Won and Principal Ng Shao Ji.
