Advising Micron Semiconductor (Xian) Co., Ltd. on the development and construction of integrated circuit assemble and test facility in Xi’an, China, including advising on the bidding process, drafting the construction contract, consultancy contract and the geological exploration services agreement. The indicative project cost for the development is CNY390 million (approximately RM230 million), which forms part of Micron’s CNY4.3 billion (RM 2.5 billion) investment in China.
