RM100,000,000 term loan facility to MF Solar Tronoh Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mega First Corporation Berhad
Acted as legal counsel for OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“Lender”) on a RM100,000,000 term loan facility (“Facility”) made available by the Lender to MF Solar Tronoh Sdn. Bhd. ( “Borrower”). The purpose of the Facility is to partially finance the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning cost for the development of a solar power plant located in West Malaysia with an export capacity of 29.99 MWac under the Corporate Green Power Programme for solar PV plant.
Advising the Lender were Partner Kelvin Loh and Senior Associate Kimberley Yee.
