Development and construction of new manufacturing facilities for 1-Gamma (1γ) DRAM and HBM3E in Taiwan
Advising Micron Memory Taiwan Co. Ltd. on the second and third phases of the development and construction of an advanced assembly, test facility and central utilities plants for the assembly, testing and manufacturing of its next generation Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), the 1-gamma (1γ) node and High Bandwidth Memory (HBM3E) in Taiwan. This includes advising on the bidding process, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, administering the construction contracts and advising on contractors’ claims.
