Advising Comet Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., an entity of Comet Group, on the development and construction of a new high-frequency components manufacturing facility. This facility manufactures key products used to control plasma processes for microchip manufacturing in Penang Science Park. The scope includes drafting, negotiating, and advising on various project agreements, such as the design consultancy services agreement, piling contract, and main construction contract.
