ICLG: Competition Litigation 2026 (18th Ed) - Malaysia
Partner Penny Wong contributed the Malaysia chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guide to Competition Litigation 2026 (18th Ed), published by Global Legal Group. The chapter covers common issues in competition litigation law and regulations in Malaysia, including the available interim and final remedies, evidence, justification and defences, limitation periods, settlement, costs, appeals, leniency, and anticipated reforms.
