Advised HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad as the financier (“Financier”) in respect of the term financing-i facility to be granted to Gentari LSS Lima Sdn. Bhd. as customer, inter alia, to part-finance the solar photovoltaic energy generating facilities and the ancillary equipment and facilities with a capacity of 150MWp or 99.99MWac in Kedah.
Advising the Financier were Partner Kelvin Loh and Senior Associate Wong Yen Yen.
