Partners Karen Foong, Yap Yeow Han, and Jack Yow contributed the Malaysia chapter to the International Comparative Legal Guide to Insurance and Reinsurance 2026 (15th Ed) published by Global Legal Group. The chapter covers common issues in insurance and reinsurance laws and regulations, including regulatory authorities and procedures, reinsurance claims, litigation and arbitration overview and procedures.
