Syndicated banking facilities of up to RM889 million granted by Malayan Banking Berhad, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd to Rochester Logistics Asset 1 Sdn. Bhd.
Advised Rochester Logistics Asset 1 Sdn. Bhd. as borrower (“Borrower”) in respect of syndicated banking facilities of up to RM889 million granted by Malayan Banking Berhad, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd. as lenders to, inter alia, part-finance the construction and development of six blocks of four-storey ramp-up modern logistics hubs in Klang, Malaysia.
