Syndicated banking facilities of RM420 million granted by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd to VDC KUL14 Sdn. Bhd.
Advised VDC KUL14 Sdn. Bhd.(“Borrower”) in respect of syndicated banking facilities of up to RM420,000,000 (“Facilities”) granted by OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd, as lenders, to the Borrower. The Borrower is a subsidiary of Vantage Data Centers APAC Holdings Pte. Ltd. The funds from the Facilities will be utilised to, among other things, finance or refinance the capital expenditure incurred in relation to the construction of a 16MW information technology data centre located on the land held under H.S.(D) 7133, PT 12165, Mukim Dengkil, Daerah Sepang, Negeri Selangor.
