Advised Parkway Life Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust, on the divestment of strata units and lots comprising three ground floor units, three medical consulting suite units and car park lots, located at MOB Specialist Clinics, Kuala Lumpur, to Pantai Medical Centre Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad, for a total sale consideration of RM20.09 million.
