Term loan facility and revolving credit facility of up to an aggregate amount of US$140 million granted by group of onshore and offshore lenders to K2 Strategic Infrastructure Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
Acted as Malaysian legal counsel for DBS Bank Ltd, Labuan Branch, Malayan Banking Berhad, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad, and United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (collectively, “Lenders”) in respect of a term loan facility and revolving credit facility of up to an aggregate amount of US$140 million (“Facilities”) granted to K2 Strategic Infrastructure Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. The Facilities will be used towards, among other things, financing part of the project costs to complete Phase 2 of the data centre facility located in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, Malaysia.
