(an affiliate of Stonepeak Partners LP), on the establishment of a RM1.5 billion joint venture with KJ Technical Services Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of KJTS Group Berhad., for the development, financing, ownership, and operation of district cooling and energy infrastructure assets in Malaysia through Lestari Cooling Energy Sdn. Bhd.
