Acted as local counsel to NORMA Group SE, a listed industrial German corporate, in its US$1 billion sale of its global water management business, which involves the sale of 100% of the shares in its sole subsidiary in Malaysia, NORMA Products Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., to Advanced Drainage System Inc.
