CTRM acquisition of Spirit Malaysia
Advised Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. and Spirit AeroSystems International Holdings, Inc. as Malaysian counsel on the divestment of Spirit AeroSystems Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Spirit Malaysia”) to Composites Technology Research Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (CTRM), a wholly owned subsidiary of DRB-HICOM Berhad, as part of Spirit AeroSystems, in the broader US$8.3 billion acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems by Boeing.
