Acquisition of 100% of shares in SCIB Concrete Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. by YTL Cement (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd. from SCIB Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
Advised YTL Cement (Sarawak) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Cement Berhad, in respect of its acquisition of 100% of the shares in SCIB Concrete Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad, for a cash consideration of RM113 million.
