Advised Digital Edge Data Centers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Edge (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., on the acquisition of land from Crescendo Development Sdn. Bhd. in Bandar Cemerlang Industrial Park, Johor, measuring 49.720 acres in area, for a purchase consideration of RM346 million for the development of a data centre.
