Acquisition of land in Johor for a purchase consideration of RM150 million
Advised Restoran Kisap Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Corporation Berhad, on the acquisition of a piece of land located in Johor Bahru from JB Parade Sdn Bhd, Johor, measuring approximately 23,040 square metres in area, together with the hotel building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings erected thereon, for a purchase consideration of RM150 million.
