Advised Pok Brothers Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Envictus International Holdings Limited, in its acquisition of a detached factory and warehouse in Selangor from SMG Land Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Star Media Group Berhad, for a purchase consideration of RM68 million.
