RM5.2 billion Shariah-compliant financing of Digital Nasional Berhad
Advised a syndicate of financiers in relation to a Shariah-compliant facility of up to RM5.2 billion based on the Shariah principle of Murabahah (via a Tawarruq arrangement) to Digital Nasional Berhad (“DNB”), which were utilised for, among others, refinancing DNB’s existing government guaranteed revolving credit facility.
Advising the syndicate of financiers were Managing Partner Azman bin Othman Luk and Partner Syed Rashid bin Rahim Alsree.
