YNH Property Berhad disposal of RM455 million commercial land in KL Golden Triangle
Advised YNH Land Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Main Market-listed YNH Property Berhad, on its high-profile RM455 million conditional sale and purchase agreement to dispose of a prime 2.61-acre freehold commercial land parcel along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. The land is being acquired by Chin Hin Property (JSI) Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad.
